  • Nutrition Plan Summary

    Ideal for those who are inexperienced with tracking macros/calories and would prefer a simple daily nutrition plan as an alternative to the standard macro coaching option.

    • This plan will conform to the macros/calories required, but I will calculate them for you and build a nutrition plan around them.
    • The plan will be customized to your lifestyle (how many meals per day, what time of day do you work out, food preferences, etc.)
    • No calculations/tracking is necessary on your part.
    • Essentially takes the guesswork out of dieting (whether it be cutting or lean bulking. You tell me your goals and stats, I design the plan.

    This is a one-time service.

    If you require an option where your macros are periodically regulated and the nutrition plan is altered, please consider one of the coaching options available

    All coaching options come with the nutrition plan included, but they will involve weekly check-ins to ensure you are not hitting fat loss plateaus and alterations to the meal plan if need be. 



    If you purchase this plan, make sure to fill out the questionnaire on the "thank you" page after checking out. Please include some of your nutritional preferences and favorite foods as well. This will give me an idea of what you like to eat and I will do my best to fit them into your meal plan.
