One-time consultation (typically lasting ~45 min) providing guidance for your fitness/nutrition goals.

That being said, the questions asked or topics we discuss do not have to be limited exclusively to the area of fitness.

  • Consultation Summary

    A one-time consultation on anything related to fitness/nutrition. This is an ideal option for those looking to get some one-on-one guidance, but are not looking for a full coaching commitment. The benefit to this option is the collaboration between you and I because as opposed to the typical back-and-forth relationship via emails, this process is much faster and easier in terms of collaboration between you and I.


    Popular Topics Include:


    • Determining the ideal macronutrient ratios and caloric intake for your specific goals.


    • Guidance in putting together a workout program including the ideal split and rep/set structure.


    • Assistance with breaking through plateaus whether it be related to fat loss or strength/size.


    • Building a realistic, but effective nutrition plan whilst keeping in mind macronutrient requirements and your individual lifestyle (work/school/other time commitments).


    • Any other specific or general questions you may have related to (but not limited to) fitness/nutrition/strength.


    Once purchased, I will email you to set up a time most convenient for you. In addition, I may require your physical stats if the consultation will require calculations regarding macros/calories/cardio.
