    WHO SHOULD NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM? This program is not an ideal training program for competitive powerlifters. This program is also not ideal for most women looking to add feminine muscle to their body – this program has an emphasis on chest work and does not include glute-specific exercises.  

     

    DOES THIS PROGRAM INCLUDE NUTRITION INFORMATION?

    No, this program includes training information only. I will have a full, detailed nutrition guide out soon!

     

    CAN THIS PROGRAM BE DONE AT HOME? Unfortunately not - this program requires access to a full gym 5 days per week.

     

    HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK IS THIS PROGRAM? There are 5 training days two rest days per week. Keep in mind, rest days can be taken when scheduled but feel free to take EXTRA rest days if needed or switch them to different days if necessary.

     

    HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM? The program is made up of 17 weeks split by 3 mesocycles (training blocks). This program can be repeated up to 3 times per year, for an unlimited number of years. The goal is to continue to strive for progressive overload. Each time you repeat this program, push to lift heavier, work harder, have better form.. And you will continue to see results.
